History

Inside Out

Rainbow Unicorn is an actress and works at Dream Productions. She has starred in a dream sequence titled Fairy Dream Adventure, Part 7. Joy loves Rainbow Unicorn in this production.

When Joy, Sadness and Bing Bong sneaked into Dream Productions to wake Riley, Joy was starstruck on seeing Rainbow Unicorn. Sadness tried to get Joy an autograph, but Joy, embarrassed, led Sadness away, telling her not to bother Miss Unicorn.

Later, when Joy and Sadness attempted to wake up a sleeping Riley by infiltrating one of her dreams, Rainbow Unicorn accidentally appeared on camera as she tried to sneak off with a plate of cookies. Some time later, she was onstage performing a dance number. However, the audience didn't seem to be impressed at all. Her performance was then violently interrupted when Jangles the Clown burst into the soundstage and caused mayhem.

Notes and Trivia

• Several of the boxes next to Rainbow Unicorn are marked "wigs," which may suggest her impressive hair is not as natural as it seems.
• Joy's favorite Rainbow Unicorn role was in "Fairy Dream Adventure VII."
