Pouchy is a fanny pack owned by Bloofy.
History[]
Inside Out 2[]
Pouchy came to life when characters called for him. When asked if he had anything they could use to escape the Vault of Secrets, he offered up a tomato, a frog, or dynamite. Anger grabbed the dynamite and used it to break open the door.
Later, Anger and the other emotions called for Pouchy when they were trapped in the Back of the Mind. He started to offer them items that could possibly help them, but Anger grabbed him and pulled out dynamite. That gave Joy the idea to use it to create an avalanche that they rode back to Headquarters.
Anger started carrying Pouchy around his waist after this. He had confetti to throw whether Riley made the Firehawks or not.

He could be based off of Toodles from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, as they both come when you call, and offer the choice of three different items and ask which one thinks would be best.
