Joy and Sadness came across Forgetter Paula and Forgetter Bobby as they were forgetting some old phone numbers, which Riley didn't need as they were in her phone. They also deleted four years of piano lessons, except Chopsticks and Heart and Soul, several US presidents, and the names of every "Cutie Pie Princess" doll. Joy wanted them to bring the memories back, but Forgetter Paula said they were in the Memory Dump and nothing comes back from there. When Riley doesn't care about a memory, it fades and they discard faded memories. They then laughed over the TripleDent Gum jingle memory, saying it would never fade. They admitted to sending it up to Headquarters sometimes for no reason.
