William Thomas "Bill" Hader Jr. is an American producer, writer, comedian, actor and voice actor who voiced Fear. He says that he sometimes gets scared easily and so the role fit him.

He is perhaps best known as a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live from 2005 to 2013.

Some other note worthy voice contributions are; "Flint Lockwood" in Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, "Slug Monster Student" in the 2013 Disney/Pixar film Monsters University, "Stan" in the 2016 Disney/Pixar film, Finding Dory and "Bloodbottler" in the 2016 fantasy film, The Big Freindly Giant.
