Amy Meredith Poehler (born September 16, 1971) is an American actress, comedian, voice artist, producer and writer who was best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live from 2001 to 2009. She starred as Leslie Knope on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation from 2009 to 2015. She also served as the creator of the Nickelodeon show, The Mighty B!, as well as voicing its lead character, Bessie Higgenbottom.

She voices Joy.
